Facility appointments may depend on visitor, access or check-in requirements. We review requests during business hours and will get back to you about the location and time you request.

STEP 3
Plan the Details Together
We’ll go over the appointment details with you including the location, timing and anything we should know before we meet. If something needs to be worked out, we’ll handle it with you ahead of time.
STEP 4
Meet With Your Notary
We’ll meet you at the agreed location at the arranged time. Once we’re together, we’ll guide you through the notarization process and make sure you know what to expect along the way.

If other signers or witnesses are needed, make sure they’ll be available too.

Please leave any signature that needs to be completed in the notary’s presence unsigned until we meet.
